Budget Officer

The Budget Officer is responsible for the direction, organization and implementation of a financial plan for the operation of the Orleans County Government. This responsibility entails financial direction, preparation and review of all departmental budgets and the preparation of an annual financial plan for the County. All budgetary activities are coordinated by this office and integrated into a unified plan. The plan is then utilized to control expenditures within fiscal guidelines and approved appropriations for each department or program.
