Meals-On-Wheels - A hot meal is delivered at mid day. An extra cold meal is available for supper, and/or 2 frozen weekend meals. The suggested contribution is $3.00 for the noon meal, $5.00 for both hot and cold meals and $6.00 for both frozen weekend meals.   Please call Judy at 585.589.3196 for more information.

Nutrition Counseling - Provided by a Registered Dietitian to homebound elderly by appointment only. Counseling includes an individually written care plan based on a physician diet order, in addition to general nutrition education. For more information, please call Ellen at 585.589.3191.
