Orleans County Workforce is a department of the county government that administers funds made available through the federal Workforce Investment Act - WIA. The G.L.O.W. (Genesee/Livingston/Orleans/Wyoming) Workforce Investment Board – WIB - oversees the program and is a partnership of local business, industry, government, schools, and agencies. The Workforce Development Center is one of many spokes in a wheel called the One-Stop System. The hub of that wheel is Your Employment Future. Each agency is equipped to guide you in the right direction
